HOW TO USE ROLLOLOGY™ TOE BANDS
These exercises will help with alignment of the big toe and give space between the big toe and the other smaller toes so the smaller toes will have more room. This exercise helps prevent bunions and hammertoe.
Step 1
- Place feet in parallel.
- Place toe band around big toes over or near to the nail bed
- Flex toes and pull your feet apart keeping your feet parallel
- Hold feet out for 10 seconds and pull in and out 10 times
- Hold again for 10 seconds
Step 2
- Place feet in a Pilates V.
- Place toe band around big toes over or near the nail bed
- Flex toes and pull your feet apart keeping your heels together in a Pilates V
- Hold feet out for 10 seconds and pull in and out 10 times
- Hold again for 10 seconds
Step 3
- Place toe band around big toe close to the nail bed
- Pull left, pull right, pull center forward, and center back
- Then circle your toe clockwise and counter clock wise
Step 4
- Repeat step 3 with each toe
